Therefore, the brush motor has problems such as high noise, low efficiency, and easy failure. Therefore, the advantages of brushless DC motors are obvious.

Generally speaking, because the brushless DC motor has no mechanical commutation friction loss, gear box consumption, and speed control circuit loss, the efficiency can usually be higher than 85%, but considering the highest cost performance in the actual design, in order to reduce material consumption , The general design is 76%. The efficiency of brushed DC motors is usually around 70% due to the consumption of gearboxes and overrunning clutches.
